Could be either, both and/or needs a bit more insulin. I find that if I'm just a tiny bit below Teasel's good dose he's much bouncier.

NDW can rear it's ugly head on the 2nd cycle. Looks like he is all ready coming down and that was a big drop from PMPB to +3 hopefully the snack slows him down some.
