Good Morning, LL,
I'm getting a late start today - migraine #3 this morning sent me btb. We hit blue last night and I'm hoping we'll get some more and maybe some green today. I'll visit condos a little later - I'm at tbp and since I was late....

WCR: Blackie is feeling pretty good. He got lots of outside time yesterday - he even wanted to stay out after dark. He woke me up this morning a half hour ealry crying for food and then came to bed with me when I wouldn't get up. He vomited water, no grass, about 15 min before his shot & breffis. I think he just drank too much water. Got his Adequan injection at +2.5.

Awww, some snuggles from Blackie this morning. :smile: I hope he doesn't have any more puking incidents. Hoping you see some more blue today and that your migraine is better.

OT: I took Cassie to the vet to get her nails trimmed yesterday and to get more Adequan for her. I had them give her the injection because I couldn't do it. I tried but the needle was so big and she acted like I was hurting her (she doesn't act that way when Dave does it). They charged me $5 to give the injection. :-x Do you notice a big difference in Blackie after the injection?

No, I don't notice any difference in Blackie after the injection. I don't even know if it's working. I use a big need on Blackie for the Adequan, and he doesn't even flinch. I think a dog is harder because their skin is thicker and it's harder to get a tent. DH always used to give Beau his allergy shots and Beau wouldn't even flinch.

Hi Ele, I get migranes, too, but I can almost always ignore them. A bicycling friend of mine has a unique cure: she fills a plastic bag with ice cubes, puts the bag on her head, and puts her bicycle helmet on over it. She says it works wonders (I haven't had occasion to try it yet).

Now that must be a picture! I just took an imitrex and slept for another hour and it's gone. It leaves me a little wiped out, but it's better than having the headache.

Blackie & I will work on his flowers tonight and see what we can come up with. I think all the kitties will look wonderful with flowers on.
