Hi! I had allery tests done on my cat, Gryphen, and she's not allergic to anything (obvious) in the foods she will eat. She's still iffy on the wet foods, especially the low carb/low phosphorus ones, but the YA LID is serving as a buffer right now. Still throwing up on occasion, and no known cause yet.
But, she's itchy, and the fur on her flanks is thinning from licking. Until she has a dental in early June, we are not going to change anything, including food until after the procedure. But, is there a spray or anything someone can recommend that might give her some relief until I can look at a food change after the dental?
I'm hesitant to use the spray the vet recommended, since it has hydrocortisone (though she said short-term it would be fine). She also prescribed hydroxyzine; anyone know if that will affect BG numbers?
Thanks in advance!
