I thought that blue yesterday was going in the right direction but then well...hopefully the extra juice will bring Gentle back down....
good luck with it...as they say 'sometimes you have to go up in order to come down"...right? Come on Gentle!!

PS : I like the way you used to write "snack" and "fed" and stuff inside the spreadsheet.... I might steal that idea. I've had to free-feed Suzie since she was very ill, had stopped eating, lost a lot of weight, etc... and am now trying to get her into more regular eating times & fixed amounts rather than "as soon as she sees me she looks optimistic for food" so jotting it down like that may help... (we went to the vet on Friday, Suzie's gained weight, so I can start to get a little "stricter")

When Gentle is very low, what do you find works to bring him up? I've tried the suggested gravy, but does not really work for Suzie.... she's wild for Temptations, but they didn't do much either (I may not be giving enough....but am afraid of stuffing her as well....)

Anyway, Gentle is "looking good" as always ! :smile:

With Gentle, he is very quick to bounce back so what we end up doing is very gradually, feeding him HC and MC food in increments, like a 1/2 tsp at a time. His mealtimes are pretty regulated. and the only time they differ is the in between times when he may or may not have finished his snacks in a timely fashion. If he hasn't he doesn't get more, if he's finished but isn't really bugging me for food then he's satiated for now and I don't worry about it. But bkfst and dinner are always aroung the AM and PM shot, and those stay the same. Does that make sense?
