Yay for Friday!

WCR: All Ps in place. Such a sweet girl last night/this morning. She snuggled with me like a cute little kitty should. I don't remember how my arm was positioned at one point this morning, but she found a way to use my arm or elbow or hand as her pillow. I just remember thinking that I wish I had a camera and I would I could have a quick out-of-body experience because I'd love to capture that moment for forever! Goodness, I love this little girl! cat_pet_icon

WHR: feeling a bit better this morning. Will try to behave myself today, but I have several other chores to do in my classroom that involve moving around. Once I get done with these tasks today, I just have computer work to do and that will take several weeks total. Oh joy! All the work I didn't have time to do during the actual school year. :YMSIGH:

Morning Deborah,
Shasta using snuggled up using you as a pillow is definitely a moment to remember forever. Don't they just melt your heart? Take as good care of yourself as you do of Shasta. Be careful moving stuff around and hurry home.

A nice start for you today Shasta. I think there will be a visit to the blue grotto for you today, maybe even the green lagoon. You surf well, 'K?

I love the sleeping position for Shasta last night. I can so understand the wanting to have captured that moment with a photo. Been many a time there too.

It is great to read that you are feeling better today. take it easy/slow at work, continue to take care of yourself. Bummer on the next few days/weeks of computer work, I hope that goes well, quickly and you finish sooner than you expect too. Good luck!

Hi guys .. nice yellows for shasta .. Oh I just love those sweet precious moments with our kitties .. we should probably all wear cameras around our necks 24/7 :lol: have a great holiday weekend!

That's so sweet with Shasta sleeping on you last night. There have been many times I wish I had a camera for my kitties. I hope today goes quickly and you have a good weekend.

Hi Mary, Michelle, Devon & Carla ~

I promise I didn't work hard today. I sat at my desk and organized stuff into storage containers, filed a little music and put a few more things away. I have a bunch of magazines and articles to go through and file, concert dvds to cut down into song clips so that I can upload them onto facebook and several purchase orders I need to get together for my bookkeeper before it's too late! Oh, and a few pieces of paper work to get together for next year. No big deal...right?! :roll: ;-)

Shasta's been a sweetie tonight. Always wanting to sit on my lap, nudging my hand for more pets, silly playing, she even napped with me for a short bit before her PM shot. Mary ~ she does melt my heart and then she bites my hand and no more melted heart!!! :lol: Devon ~ I've wondered the same thing...camera necklace...just afraid people might think I was extra strange if I walked out of the house with it on! ohmygod_smile :lol: Michelle ~ Shasta found the blues tonight, but we haven't had real greens in a while. I need to call and make a vetty appointment for her for next week so that I can get a new Lantus prescription. Pretty certain our vial has lost most potency...no more "band aid" smell. However, if it really has lost its potency, she's still doing pretty ok for poopy insulin! :-D Carla ~ she's so funny; she loves to fall asleep in the crook of my arm/armpit (under the covers) AT NIGHT; but when we take afternoon naps, she loves to lay on my chest...nose to nose! :-D Cold, wet nose to nose! :lol:

Off to get some sleep so that I can run errands and do a little shopping tomorrow and make good decisions! Sleep well and snuggles with the kitties!
