Back to using Bayer Contour Meter.

Yay! Racci is starting the day off green! It figures since I want to run out to the store. She already ate twice before her shot and test but hasn't eaten her after shot meal yet so I'm hoping she'll do that before I leave. I won't be gone long since I don't have to go all the way to town but still hate leafing her home without a full belly when low bgs. All p's are in place and she is in a good mood and her usual sweet self when feeling good.

I hope Moonie & Rocket & Daphne are all feeing better today.

I don't know how she wound up going up instead of down. Weird, when all she had was 2% low carb? I sure hope I didn't screw up her shot. nailbite_smile

Hi Lyresa, Thank you. Poor Racci's been going through a rough patch. I hope that she's coming off it now. She seems to feel a lot better and is happier. I hope she stays in the blues and greens today but she doesn't seem to have much of an appetite now. It's been so rainy and humid that could be part of it. She is definitely a sweetie though. Not to worry she will come back down! I know about leaving her alone-It's what I hate the most when she is low or not feeling right!

Hi Roni,

I'm afraid the green lagoon is out today but if we get lucky she'll stay in the blue & not go back to the yellow sands by the pmps. :lol: Racci is in a good mood though so I guess we'll get back there. This is only the second day since I increased her so it will probably take a few more days to build up.

It must really be hard having to go to work and leave them when they're like that. I'm so glad I don't have to do that like so many of you have to. How is Moonie doing tonight? I hope she's feeling better. Isn't it weird how that ear infection just grabbed hold of her like that? I guess it just got into the canal (some wax or pus) and made her lose her equilibrium. That poor little baby. She must have been so upset. An inner ear infection can really screw a big person up. I can imagine what it would do to a little kitty who's used to having this perfect balance that most cats have. I've been checking on you for updates and will continue to.

I hate that your baby is sick. You always support me too and I really appreciate you, Roni.
 
Talk about just skating by..... Did Racci just make that green/blue surf or what? :lol: When I saw her 9.5 I had already resigned myself to the fact that she might spoil it with a yellow again and then she gets a blue by one little mmol. :mrgreen:
