Marvin seems more himself this morning, still not as hungry as normal but is eating. His numbers are back up a little lower than before. Not sure how bouces work so maybe normal or just telling us yesterday was due to stress from previous day. Will have to see how his numbers do today. unfortunately I have to go to an appointment in the city so, his next BG will be around +6 I think.

Glad he's a little better. Come on Marvin eat up!
If you can start getting a few more mid cycle tests, we can help you with some dosing advice. He may need an increase, but without those tests, it's hard to say. He may have been seeing some lower numbers and bouncing. Also are the times on your SS when you shoot? If so, if you can try to get them closer to 12hours that might help.

The times are when I take the BG, most of the time it is right before I give him a shot. I do try to be as close to 12 hrs as possible during the week. On the week end it typically is an hour later usually. I have to admit the last month on the weekend and this week I have been off, work has been nuts having to go in early and stay late. I had to explain I couldn't be away from home more that 12 hours, that didn't really go over well. I have been pretty worn out for the last month cause of work and concern for Marvin. On vacation this week, so will be trying to get some more numbers in.

Thanks a bunch....

Hey Nat, glad that Marvin is eating some and hopefully, he will pick up his appy. Sending appy vines to him.

Glad you will have some time off so you can relax some as it sounds it has been a really rough schedule you are keeping. And getting more test in while you are off will help us to help you. :cat:

Marvin likely isn't used to those nice blues he say yesterday. For the longest time, Neko felt good and playful in the low 300's. Thankfully, and over time, the low blues became her play zone. I have seen people compare the high BG to coffee. You are used to a certain amount of it and when you get less, you feel off. As Marvin spends more time in good numbers, he will like them better. In the mean time, bounces can take up to six cycles to resolve and his numbers may be all over the place until then.
