Good Morning, Everyone,

Last night it was so warm that we switched out the quilt for blankets. Rusty didn't mind. He had a good night sleeping with his beans. This morning he has a much better AMPS. But even though it looks like he has cleared the latest bounce, I decided to do the dosecrease anyway because he needs to get back into his Rusty-like numbers. So he got a fattening of 1 drop: We are now at what I am calling a skinny 2.0 units (2.77mm on the digital calipers, Terumo syringe). Work that juice, Rusty! Test and shot went well. Breakfast of Wellness Chicken and FF T&G, lung treat, schmooze, nap in basket. It's raining. Hopefully we'll get to go outside today.

The hummingbirds arrived yesterday and I had to rush outside to put up their feeders. It is great to see them again.

Wishing you all a good day.

Many prayers and healing vines for Georgia's Simon. Continuing to keep Julie in our thoughts. Sending healing vines to all kitties and beans in need of some. A big welcome to MJ's Amour.

Ella & Rusty

Yo Kitties, I'm heading back to Elsa's coffee shop to help out with training the rookies. Later we want to go to the Dunes. All in?

Hi guys .. Good luck with the extra juice! I hope it brings rusty back into some rusty type numbers :-D It has been warm here as well, and then tonight it's going into the 30's! Crazy weather .. have a great day!

Re: 5/23 Rusty AMPS 159; dosecrease

Hi Ella. Hope the dosecrease dose the trick and brings Usty's numbers down to his usual range.

We have our fingers crossed that you'll be able to get some outdoors time today.

Have a great day.

Re: 5/23 Rusty AMPS 159; dosecrease

Good Morning Ella

Betcha Rusty comes down, to at least stand on the shore of the lagoon. Hoping he'll want to dip his cute toes in it. :-D

Hmmm, methinks you better not store that quilt quite yet. I'm still using the comforter, with the window open at night.
I can't wait to put on the pretty yellow cotton blanket, that the cats have gotten all snagged. grr_red

It's crazy here, dark as night, one minute, sun out, the next. I was able to get an early walk in.
I love the singing birds at that time. For a short distance, there are woods on both sides of my road.. :-D
Have a wonderful day, with your boys :-D

Oh Sir Rusty, just LOOK at you all decked out in your beautiful BLUE cape! You IZ 'SuperKitty'!

Ella - oh hummers! They were late here this year, they've been here for about 3 weeks. What kind do you have there?

You asked in our condo about Dakota's flight...his foster is actually flying with him so he wouldn't have to fly cargo. I'm meeting her at the airport in Dallas/Ft Worth - she's doing a turn-around just specifically to bring Dakota to me. This was one of those REALLY 'Meant to be' things which includes that she was willing to bring him here at no cost to us. They even paid his adoption fee! From the beginning, this journey has already been quite unique...

BIG HUGS!!!

Re: 5/23 Rusty AMPS 159; dosecrease

Yeppers, more juice for you Mr Rusty. The lagoon needs its lagoon meister back! Liz did the same for Zener this morning, numbers improved but not where we would like them. Paws crossed the boys work the juice!

It really does feel like summer will arrive here once we have the hummers passing through. We only get two varieties up north. First we get the Anna's hummingbirds, then around July 4th, the Rufous. They are bullies and chase the others away.

Hope you have a good day and better weather!

Looks like it's working. Rusty is feeling good. He just had some outdoor time (during a break in the rain). Off to take Edward to his chiropractor. bbl,

Good luck with the dosecrease. I hope it brings some green soon for Rusty. I hope everything goes well with Edward's chiropractor appointment.

The dunes sound like fun. I can't wait to feel the sand under my paws.

This all-blue cycle is the best cycle Rusty has had in a long time. Hopefully he'll get closer to green tomorrow, but for now, the Blue Grotto is a nice place to be. Rusty can practice his BMG songs in preparation for the Full Flower Moon on Saturday.

Everyone have a fine evening. We have rented "Lincoln" and are going to watch it tonight with some friends.

Ella & Rusty

p.s. Our hummingbirds are Ruby-throated Hummingbirds (the only hummingbird species that breeds east of the Mississippi). They have irradescent green sides and the male has a bright, ruby throat.)

Hi Ella,
It's nice to see Rusty presiding over the Lagoon. Hope the increase is perfect for him.
Our hummers came in a couple days ago. I had to run like the wind to get their feeders out! Still haven't seen the orioles.
Enjoy your movie night!!

Hey Rusty, The Blue Mannie Group is practicing for the full moon!! coool, very cool, way cool, mega cool - oliver

Flat low blues - can't complain too much about that. Ok, Rusty, we want to see some green too. You can do it.

Tell Edward thank you for the sympathy and the vines. I didn't have a lot of pre-procedure pain, mostly because I went to the dentist as soon as I felt any discomfort. I want to see Lincoln. I went to school in Petersburg, IL which is right next to New Salem State Park, where Lincoln lived as a young man.
Liz
ETA: And please tell Rusty thank you for the chicken soup (it was delicious!) and the whisky. Just what I need!

Hey My Dear Ones!!! Please send me some of those ruby throated hummingbirds!!! I have seen them on occassion here, but not in a long time!! All our trees died in the hurricane so we need to redo our whole yard ohmygod_smile ohmygod_smile ohmygod_smile !!!! Ok I will make a bird sanctuary, but right now there is a big tom cat trying to get our baby mockingbirds that live in our pear tree--
I will protect them best I can!
Nice blue day for Rusty, he is such a good boy!!--Enjoy the memorial day weekend, know you two will celebrate!! Big Hugs & Love from us!

Thanks for visiting, everyone. A whole day of blue. Yay!
Roni, great to see you. Protect those baby birds! Maybe adopt the cat to get him away from the birds?

Everyone have a good evening, and night,

Ella & Rusty

Sorry for the late visit. I'm hoping Rusty is reaching the lagoon as I type. That +4.5 looks promising.

Like Liz, we have Rufous and Annas hummingbirds. I had Annas overwinter for the first time this winter. Rufous always show up mid March. It must be baby time, I'm refilling the feeder every other day. I bet Rusty loves watching them, kitties seem to love their fast movements.

Looks like Rusty is starting to like the increase :-D hope tomorrow brings green

We have an Anna's mama that built a nest on a hummingbird bauble we have. Her two eggs just hatched yesterday! Can't wait to see the babies!
