He doesn't improve! why! i dont miss dosis and he eats fancy feast and tiny tigers.

@Garciacat It looks like you just got started in Insulin? It is frustrating, but slowly (and with some guidance) you can increase the dose and your kitty will feel better. For people to help you need to decide on what methos you would like to follow.
