I babysat my DGS today and it went well for a change with Racci. She actually stayed in the LR with us and didn't hide for most of the day. I was even able to give her med in the same room as wild boy and feed her in the kitchen until all of a sudden late in the day, I have no idea why but she decided she'd had enough and hid under the bed where she could barely even fit! I thought for sure I was going to have to call reinforcements to lift the bed to let her get out, but somehow she managed to drag her belly across the carpet in that super tight spot and get out.
Unfortunately we were out of her food completely since yesterday, (my continuing food saga with Racci) since she wouldn't eat any other canned food except her favorite. I was forced to give her dry DM twice last night and for 2 feedings again today when I got lucky and my online order got here!!! She was so freaked out by the food change that it could be the reason she stayed out with my DGS in the room, maybe waiting for her real food? When I finally gave her a wet meal she ate but left some over. She would not eat her dinner though. I don't know if it was because she's running high or the dry food is that much more filling and just wasn't that hungry or if I'm going to have a problem with her and wet food again but I sure hope not since I bought 48 this time so I don't run out as fast.!! Now if I can just get her numbers back down again.............. :YMSIGH:
Sorry for posting so late but I can't take out my laptop with DGS around or he wants to play his games all day and I really don't like my expensive laptop being used by a 3 yr old even though he's very good with it, he still gets it sticky and is only 3. Well, speak to you later. Racci has not pooped yet today. I'm hoping I can convince her to go now.
Edit: No need to convince. It's done.
