Hi.

Esse WRC: Totally snuggly recently. All P's continue to be in order. She got into the candied pecans the other day, so her numbers have been a bit high, but she's coming down steadily. Unfortunately, this attack of candied pecans (which is how she explained it to me - they attacked her and she simply had to defend herself) has scared her liver, so I'm seeing some higher than normal numbers for her. It'll pass.

Eeyore: has become a flying 15 pound bundle of love. I say flying because when he gets into the mood, he runs through the house, leaping at whatever he chooses - from the top of the entertainment center, the top of the bookshelves, the top of the cat trees, or onto the elevated bed. At the moment, he's obsessed with chasing a fly. Poor fly. Malachi cheerfully follows him; this morning I was wakened by Eeyore landing on my back, and once he realized my eyes were open, he said "MAOWWW" and took off again. Mal did the exact same thing, except after greeting me, he licked my nose, and then took off after Eeyore. Eeyore continues to have a very steep V on this lantus dose; and I am still trying to figure out what to do to keep him from being so dramatic on a 12 hour basis.

WPR: Not good. I'll leave it there.

OMG, candied Pecans? That's a new one. Esse don't let them attack you like that, hahaha! I have the same trouble with KitKat candy bars... they like to do a sneak attack.

Eeyore, aww what a sweet funny kitty. He jumps on you to make sure you are awake and then meows a big hello before going off to play. You have the funniest wake up calls, meows and nose licks.

I see that Eeyore is again dropping fast from his preshot. He'll be green soon I'm sure. He's still training that strong liver and I hope Mr. Liver will pay good attention to his education.

Hang in there Michele. One foot in front of the other.
 
Great WCRs. Such entertaining stories you have. Glad the kitties are having fun.
I hope things get better for you, Michele (((Hugs))). We're here for you, okay?
 
Esse is just too funny. I've had cats that would eat just about anything (pasta, apples, cantaloupe, broccoli, bagels, chips) but never nuts.

As for Eeyore, what a cute and clever kitty. He knew you needed the top of those pieces of furniture dusted. What a good boy!

Hey, big party at our place on Thursday. It's the Full Flower Moon of May and everyone needs some frivolity nowadays....so we will be decorating tonight and every night up until the big party...so your two are welcome any time. Par-TAY!!

Hi Michele, I like your wake-up call! Guaranteed to keep you on your toes (or, I should say, to get you on your toes)!! Hope you have a great weekend. Hang in there. And do send Eeyore and Esse to the Full Flower Moon party. All the kitties, guys included, are planning to wear flowers. Stu is going to cook something special.

as for Eeyore. He sounds like he is having such a blast w/ his new pal Malachi. They sound like long lost best friends who finally got to be together. :-D

as for the WPR -- I hope that gets better very very soon. (((( Michele ))))
