hi all,
Rocket's AMPS 193
+4.75 52

he is outside on the balcony now....he ate his snack...and i'm sure shortly he will ask for more food....today he didn't wake me up in the wee hrs...and he's been extra cuddly this whole week....not sure what to make of it....3 days he has not woken me up....strange for him...

i just wanted to open up a condo and say that my heart is very very heavy....i've been praying for Linda and for MJ...a.prayed lots last night too for Butthead.....

I'm so sorry there is so much heartbreak here at LL....reminds me so much of what is coming for Rocket....yes i know it's part of life....but we are never prepared for the good byes

went to the Garden Centre and bought this plant....thought it was fitting to place it next to Rocket's bed outside on the balcony....so he can see the roses bloom....each rose represents each and every friend he has lost here on LL.....hate to say it but of all the kitties that struggled with their illnesses he is the last one left from that group.....he is fully aware of that....so i told him each day he goes on the balcony to remember them....

Memories are bittersweet. I hope that Rocket, and you, hold those memories close. Each of those GA kitties is special and we have all laughed at the stories and cried at the loss. The laughter and those, "awwwwww" moments are what we all need to remember.
