BAH!! I don't know what this 233 is about...

She was at 156 last night so I just gave her .1u - can't imagine it was rebound. It seems she's usually higher in the AM so gets larger doses in a.m. and lower or none in p.m.

Wonder if I should back off a bit on the a.m. doses even if that means a bit higher dose in the p.m. ? Maybe she would even out after a few cycles... ? Any suggestions? :-|

I think that would be worth a try, Paula. The only other option would be to "chase" the numbers, shooting once the number in the evening is high enough to shoot. That might throw your schedule off or she might lengthen the cycle and stay in green/blue numbers longer?

What would the "high" enough to shoot - do you mean into the low 200's? Chasing the numbers would definitely throw the schedule off...it would probably be at least 8pm before she would be there and I leave for work at 7am so would have to shoot 1-2 hours early in the a.m. Sliding scale?

You've shot in the 180s so that would be okay? but with your schedule chasing would probably be impossible. How about doing a 13-11 schedule instead. Shoot at +13 at night if the +12 is lower than you are comfortable with (hoping it will move up in that 180 range) and then shoot at 11 in the am, before it gets into the yellows?
