Bud's BG is barely under 200. Shoot of 0.75 for now.

Spot on the back of his ear is from scratching, but whether its internal or external I have been unable to figure it out. Its is better but it still bothers him.

Smoky, we are in Polk County.
 
I'm in Melbourne (Brevard County). Nice to have a neighbor!

I'm worried about that area on his face!! Have you taken him to the vet? Does he have any other medical conditions?
 
Kitty has been scratching too, and I've used the neosporin pain relief with good results. It helps quell the itching that comes with any open/healing sore, so that he doesn't keep re-opening it, and of course, it helps it heal. I like the cream more than the ointment; seems more soothing to him.

If this isn't looking better soon, though, what about a vet visit?
