Cosmo is still not feeling great, but still willing to hand feed kibble. He does have the other 4Ps except play, so I think we are okayish.

He got me up early on my day off (4am! :confused::coffee:), tested and fed him a little each hour and he seems to be keeping it down.

5 Ps (except play) are all good and while some parts of the day are really good, he has moments of not feeling well, upset tummy and vomiting. Not really sure what is going on, but we continue to hand feed gastro kibble for now.

Hoping to hear back from the vet this morning on some anti nausea meds.

DH and I got our first vaccine dose last night :cat:
 
I'm sorry about Cosmo not feeling well. I hope you can quickly get anti-nausea medications. Is this all from the megacolon?

We don’t think so. We tried switching his wet food earlier this month that seemed to upset his system. We transitioned over 10 days, but maybe the food was wrong for him. He had some smelly BMs around that time, then a slightly runny soft serve when he stopped wanting to eat much on his own. It’s been almost a week now :( We went back to RC gastro fiber response dry food, since it is the only thing he is willing to eat. He is still spunky and active when he fees good, but had several small vomits yesterday. None yet today (paws crossed) and ate fairly well. Trying to give 15-20 pieces every hour or so at the moment. BMs have been good, better formed, so maybe it is working its way out?

Yes, on Saturday last week. He had blood and urine tests done that came back with good results. He also received fluids.

Today has been a good day though! He is hand eating well and even had a few bites out of the dish on his own accord. In the last 24 hrs, he had almost (almost!) a daily recommended amount of food :cat: And no throwing up today so far either!
 
Sounds like a better day as it went on! Keep eating Cosmo.

Yeah for the jab! I have friends/neighbours booking their teenagers now. :joyful:
