Good Morning, Everyone,

Rusty woke us up very early again (it was still dark outside) with face licks, kitty kisses, squirms, head butts. He had eaten all of his nighttime food and was hungry, but did snuggle down and go back to sleep. As soon as the "ducks" sounded, he was off tearing down the stairs and waiting impatiently for his test. We have the best AMPS number in a while. Then Rusty had a Wellness turkey breakfast with a dollop of FF T&G (about half eaten so far: all of the T&G, of course), a good shot, and now a nap on his little bed by the radiator. Last night, while we were waiting for Rusty to come upstairs, he was busy playing with his bell ball. He had just eaten his bedtime snack of FF T&G and was full of energy. I was happy to see this, because I thought his energy level all day had been on the low side.

We may get some sunshine this afternoon and we may be able to go for a short paddle. We'll see. Right now the weather doesn't look too promising.

Very nice start for today, and what a sweet way to wake up!

Hopefully the weather will hold, and you can get some paddling in. Enjoy your day!!

Hi Ella. What a lovely way to wake up in the morning. :-D
I get screamed at from the bathroom, to get up and tun on the water.

With a morning number like that, Rusty may see to it that you stay home today. :roll:
It's wonderful in southern NY. Sun shining brightly, warmish, and perfect for water play, if you don't get wet. :lol:

Great AMPS Rusty boy! Hey pal...Mocha will be Home Alone tomorrow and i was thinking that we should all go over there for a two day par-tay. what do you think? Do you think it will be too much for us all with the super full moon party this weekend? :roll:
I was kinda thinking that we could FORCE ourselves to squeeze in another par-tay...it might be difficult, but i do believe we can handle it....what do YOU think buddy?

Didn't have time to paddle today (the man came to get our lawn mower and I had to wait around for him). But I did get out for about 12 miles on my bike. Felt great! It's supposed to rain the rest of the week.

Rusty is back in green and having a good day of numbers. He was outside for a while, pointedly ignoring his neighbor, The Shadow (after their initial "greet" he sits and lets Shadow bounce around the garden! It would be better exercise if he bounced around with him!). Rusty also spent a lot of time sleeping today. The warmer weather has hit!

Edward put all of our winter compost into the compost bins (it finally thawed; we were collecting it in a plastic garbage can all winter; it is beautiful compost!).

Hope you all are having a good evening. I haven't gotten to many condos yet today and am about to visit some.

Nice day for Rusty! Bummer on the paddle but glad you got out on your bike. 12 miles. Wow! That's nothing to you but would kick my rear. The compost sounds great. DH turned ours last weekend for the first time this spring and emptied our compost barrel and it was beautiful. Have a great night Ella!

What an absolutely perfect cycle for Rusty!!! He sounds so happy and he should be.....he is an only child and is doted on by his incredible beans.

I'm glad you got out and enjoyed your bike ride and beat the rain!

Auntie Ellabean!!! Todays I sleeps alot becuz I ates too much cimmamum cake at Punkin's birfday party. But it was so worf it!!!! luv you! Your best Tobes.
 
Great day for Rusty!!! It is so nice to see him back in the greens and low blues. YAY!!

nice to to read that you were able to get out for a bike ride. I so need to sat doing that again. It is such fun.

I hope the rest of your day was as good. :-D
