Der's dat uugly pink KT toad suit he's squattin' in this morning....Mr. Liver didn't like that low run yesterday. He's doing his 'hard food' chant this morning - VERY loudly. He's tried to climb on the cabinet (NOT!) to get to Nuisance's Purina One dry and dragged the pups empty dry food bowl all over the house hollering. He's about to get downright mad about it...did give him a handful of his EVO dry so calm him down some. He just gets SO demanding about that sometimes.
Got absolutely NOTHING done in the kitchen yesterday - bad DH day....those bring everything to a screeching halt until he gets his strength back. Sometimes it's within an hour or so but other times they last all day with just general weakness. He seems better this morning altho' he's not done anything for me to gauge it well yet.
Everyone here is doing well this morning - Scruffy's (CHF civie) fluid still hasn't left but hasn't gotten any worse either. Harley (lymphoma drooler) is AMAZING, all waggles and grins. Lacey (CHF drooler) is also doing wonderful - haven't heard a cough in days altho' her allergies are causing her to scratch terribly. Gave her a benadryl with her heart meds so that should quit shortly. Snow's asthma is kicking up with the high pollen too so he's added to the 'medicine' list with his albuterol.
OH! Excitement to share!! Nuisance at soft food yesterday AND this morning! His mouth isn't 'built' right, he's never been able to figure out soft food, he can manage the hard food by licking it and popping it into his mouth (and all over the table). I've tried for 4 years! He was SO shocked when he actually got a BITE of it! The look on his face was priceless.
