I don't know what's going on but food is same, water intake seems the same and her numbers are going nutty.

I suspect I need to bump her up to 5U again and see what happens...thoughts?

I agree, time for that increase. Once a cat's body gets used to higher numbers, a bit of glucose toxicity can set in, and you need to increase to get over it.

I agree with Wendy..been too long since seeing any good numbers. Hear that Smudge? Time for an dose increase...often the threat will help lower the numbers...but now always...she might really need the extra help!

Ok, tomorrow morning I'll bump up to 5 U and see what happens. I suspect the lasix is dehydrating her just enough to mess with the blood sugar numbers but since it's making her breathing better I'm not stopping it. This is a new balancing act.
