Yellow pre-shot after 10 days
Shen's last snack was at +6 (BG 90) in the PM cycle and there wasn't any kibble outside for him to get into.

His BG, when I first checked today at shot time, was 207.. rechecked to get 214.
Wonder what triggered this today.

Maybe he went lower than 59 yesterday morning and is bouncing from there. DOn't worry about it unless you start seeing higher numbers more frequently. Btw, peeing 8-10 times a day is indeed quite a bit. Does he pee small quantities each time? That could mean a UTI.

Btw, peeing 8-10 times a day is indeed quite a bit. Does he pee small quantities each time? That could mean a UTI.

I wouldn't say the quantities are very small, he does go for about 20 seconds each time. But when he did actually have a UTI 3 weeks back, he used to pee for almost 40-60 seconds, but never peed in small quantities.
I'll submit a urine sample tomorrow to check.

That's probably my fault. I dozed off and missed giving him his +1 and +2 snacks

Both of us were sound asleep when I finally decided to give heed to the hourly alarm
