Good Monday Morning, Everyone,

Rusty had a good night, ate all of his nighttime food (probably just before we got up), enjoyed his first sitting of breakfast, and is napping in his little bed. It's another beautiful day, but we do need rain (just not on Wednesday, when we are leading a paddle!).
This morning marks the 3rd cycle on the fattened dose, so I hope to see some improvement in Rusty's numbers now that the shed should be re-calibrating.

Sending healing vines to all in need and wishing all a good start to the week. Happy Victoria Day to all you Canadians!

Yo Kitties: Several kitties have volunteered to supervise the lagoon when I am unable to be in or near the water. I hereby appoint China and Cinco Lagoon Deputies. But everyone should be aware that even when up on the beach the LagoonMeister keeps his eye on the kitties surfing in the lagoon. Always surf safe!

Nice on the weather, and I hope it contiues through your paddle day. We haven't had rains in a few days either, none predicted for the week. How odd for us. I do hope you get what you need, just not on paddle day.

Happy Victoria Day, Ella, Edward, and Rusty! It falls a little early this year for the traditional "May two-four" weekend, but we Ontarians are all rushing to plant our annuals, even if it is a week early! Enjoy your paddle on Wednesday!

Unseasonably nice weather here as Michelle and Mariko said. Tomatoes and peppers are in! We had about 5 minutes of rain last night - no where near enough.
 
Flat yellow may mean that Rusty is finally going to break this string of high numbers. The very warm, humid weather today is not helping. Poor guy in his fur coat! Never fear, Rusty, in a couple of days it will be unseasonably cold (back down to freezing temps at night).

Yo, Rusty! Thanks for the vote of confidence. I reported for duty on the graveyard shift tonight. China was so anxious to get started she got there early! We are very excited to help you keep all the kitties safe. The lagoon has been so crowded lately, I can see why you'd need to have some deputies. You just relax on shore tonight.
