Amy & Revson

Hi. I haven't been here in a while and have not updated my spreadsheet. Sorry.
Here's my question/concern... any feedback would be appreciated.
Currently dosage is 3U Lantus.
Canned low-carb food only. This morning was Merrick Grammy's Pot-Pie. This afternoon was Friskie's Special Diet Turkey & Giblets.
When Revson has a good number in the morning, like today, at 108, I do not shoot.
Even after eating an entire can of food, he only bumped up to 185, about 2 hours after first checking him.
He did eat again during the day.
By the end of the day he is either "HI" or very nearly there.
Should I give him a smaller dose when he has low number in the morning to fight off the high number in the evening?
He's been a bouncer since the beginning, staying in 300s usually.
I know this is not good in the long run.
Please ask me anything that will help.
I check him at least 2x a day before shooting, but am not so good about checking throughout the day.
However, I am happy to do a curve on Tuesday if that will help.
