Hello LL

Checkers ate nice FF breakfast today. Nothing interesting around here this morning.

Today and tomorrow is our annual town Trash Days. We get to bring big things to the Town Hall, that can't go into weekly garbage collection.
I have lots of stuff to get rid of, so off I go, to stuff my little car with junk.

Back later to see what everyone's up to. :-D

anybody know the carb count of Meow Mix? It's not on Dr.Lisa's chart.

WooHOO! Look at Checkers go. I like tat +2! Surf well today checkers. no diving. mama has tings to do.

I LOVE trash days - nice! I wish they'd do something like that here. What does one do with all the junk that one cannot out out for weekly collection. Good luck with yours. :-D :-D :cool:

Morning Barb, quite a drop for the +2! Maybe some greens today, Checkers. That's neat with your trash days and taking the bigger stuff. Some people here try and stuff their big toys in our little dumpsters.
That sounds like a great mattress, referring to yesterday's condo. I have a Simmons Beautyrest that I've had for some time, and it's held up well. Hope it helped you get a good night's sleep.

Our town has 4 (big trash) pickups but they do it curbside. They pick it up right in front of the house. And you set stuff out a few days before so they can take notes of where it is.


I would be leery of Meow mix. I remember the dry had bright colors as I tried it years and years ago ( Shadow was a kitten).
It always made my cats upchuck... I decided it must be all the artificial dyes. (even the pukus was bright colors)
I don't trust them myself.

Yay, now I have another whole year to collect junk. :lol:

Rhiannon, I did notice that the Meow Mix was brightly colored, but I gave it to him anyway, because there is so few foods that he really likes. I'll have to try to find out more about it.

I wish I hadn't let him get to 66. I hope to avoid those big bounces, he's been doing lately.
He's been enjoying the mc fuds today. Hope I didn't overdo it.
So far, so good.

We had the same problem with technicolor barf-o-ramas with Meow Mix. Some of the cats have liked it, but oh, sometimes the stains I couldn't get out. I also went to dry with fewer dyes for my civvie.

Lookin' good today, Checks...fingers crossed that he didn't bounce! Ya know, a cat's gotta eat, so sometimes a bean has to do what a bean has to do. Hopefully the Meow Mix works for Checkers....and now I have that silly jingle stuck in my head :lol: !

No clue on the Meow Mix either, short of my DS fed it to his for a short while, and stopped. Pukus-city for them too. Hope it works for Checks.

Oh Checkers, not tonight, Mama is sooooo sleepy.

Susan just left. She brought all the ingredients and made a yummy stir-fry.
Checkers was so happy to see his Auntie Susie. :-D
I gravied him at +2.....gosh, I hope he raises a little, so I can sleep for a couple of hours.
