Good Morning, Everyone. Happy Victoria Day Weekend!

Rusty had a good night, ate all of his nighttime fuds, woke us up early, but then went back to sleep. He ate the "first sitting" of his breakfast and is napping in his little bed (the radiator is not on today--it's much warmer and more humid than it has been). If he doesn't break this trip bounce today, he'll get a drop added to his dose!

It hasn't started to rain yet, but it is predicted to soon. We are about to leave to take some stuff down to Camp Stu, preparatory to opening it up soon. Our friends, who live down the road from camp, have already hooked up the plumbing to the new well and we are eager to see how it works. After lunch with them, if we have time and if it isn't pouring rain, we may head over to PaddleFest. In any event, we'll be home in time for Rusty's +9.5.

Everyone have a good day. Sending healing vines to all in need,

Ella & Rusty

Nice day all around. Hope the weather holds for a look-see at the Paddle-Fest.

Nap well Rusty. I hear it's what cats do when the bean's away.

C'mon Rusty, let's both head for the lagoon today. Wuv, Lulu.
Hope you have a wonderful Caturday...pouring rain, stay away, come again some other day!

Slide Rusty slide! Those beans are serious!

Have fun at Camp Stu - I hope the water works like a charm.

@Bron and Sheba - Victoria Day (actually on Monday) is the holiday when Canadians honour the Queen's birthday. In reality it's the first long weekend of the summer season and roads, ferries and campgrounds are packed!

What is Victoria Day?
Have a good weekend
Victoria Day is a Canadian Holiday, but I don't think it is celebrated in Quebec.

Hi again,
We didn't have rain and had a good trip to camp (the water from our new well is delicious!). Then we went out to lunch with our friends and continued on to PaddleFest, just to see what was there from the canoe and kayak builders. We saw some friends there, too. And we got home just in time for PMPS. Old Forge is 135 miles from here. Rusty was so happy to see us. He ate all of the food in his automat. Good boy. Right now we're watching the Mets game and Rusty is grazing on his dinner. It is raining lightly, which is good, because we need the rain.

Enjoy the evening,

Ella & Rusty
