Ripley is doing great today. Happy appy, snuggly, and squawky.
She's waiting patiently for me to add more freeze-dried treats to her breakfast. She's doing this new thing lately: as I'm sprinkling the treats on her food, she gives me a little squawk, then eats (slurps).
I'd like to think she's saying "Thank you, mom."
But she may be saying "Hurry it up now!" :lol: :roll: :lol:

Sending healing vines today to Rhiannon, Kat, and Gobbles, and all other kitties and beans who need them.
Also sending good vetty vines to Maggie.

Hi, John :-D Isn't every day ladies' day? :lol: Seriously, though, thank you for visiting this morning. I'm glad Ripley and Gracie could enjoy early am flicking in the lagoon together ~ hopefully more kitties were able to join them!

Ripley's after-work-routine: I walk in the door, she greets me with a squawk and a couple of headbutts, she sits by my feet as I get her testing kit ready, I test her, give her a treat, she squawks, eats, then walks to the back door to be let outside for her basking time. :cool: All things considered, she has it pretty good.

Hi Josie, I love hearing about little Josie's squawks! I bet, too, she was saying "hurry it up Mom" but also expressing love in her own way. :lol: Pretty greens today for Ripley.

Highest preshot number in a couple of weeks. I wonder what her little body is up to...
Her appy isn't super great again tonight (just like last night).
She finally just finished a small portion of food (I've been giving her a little bowl of food containing her crushed AB, just to make sure she eats her full meds, then she snacks on her 'main dinner' over then next few hours).
She's lying on a side meatloaf position, head down on its, eyes open ~ her usual not-feeling-well position. I wonder if her tummy is bothering her. I've been giving Ripley her pepcid treat about 30 mins before meals; maybe I'll start at 45 mins and see if it helps tomorrow night. This isn't happening in the ams, so far only last night and tonight. Last night she snapped out of it at around +1 and then acted normally for the rest of the evening. Hmmmmm...

ETA:
Noticed Ripley drinking from Marley's water bowl right before fluid treatment (given at +2.5); also drank tub water right after fluids. Haven't seen her drink water really since sub-qs began... Hmmmmmm.... Eating the rest of her dinner now :razz: .

Possible fur shot/partial; smelled Lantus.... Hmmmmmm....
