:shock: :shock: :shock: Well, that +2.5 certainly woke me up! I haven't had to break out the gravy for quite some time. She surfed it safely last night, but apparently wants more attention this morning. I do have to go to work, but I guess I'll be running home to check on her!

WOW! That would definitely wake me up. Trixie just wanted the gravy. Hope she comes up nicely and surfs the safer greens. You hear that Trix?? Have a great day Amy!

Would've been nice if she did this yesterday, since it was my day off! Giving her HC with the 40s, LC with the 50s. Will go home and check again around +7 or so...by then, she should be solidly surfing, but one never knows for sure!

Back to work for now!!

A little drama for your mama Trixie?

One day I hope that I will have the courage to leave the house when Ella gets in the lower numbers. I took her to the vet to be watched when she was dropping in the sunny yellows! However, she's an unreliable eater so I don't have much choice.

Hope she surfs the night away so you and the DH can get some gooed zzzzz's!

After this morning's excitment, I am pleased with this flatness like you wouldn't believe.

Barb - actually, since Trix is a "long term" diabetic, she doesn't get a reduction today. She either has to drop below 40, which I really try to not have happen (the thought of it freaks me out too much...she's only done it once.), or - my preferred method - she has to drop below 50 three times. This is her first drop below 50 on this dose, so, no reducie just yet.

Fortunately, I do work very close to home, AND I own the business, so I'm able to run home at any point to take care of Trix if necessary. It's the next best thing to being a stay at home bean!

What a Day for Trixie!! WOW!! Gotta tell you that your SS is really looking very good, very blue & green!
You are doing a great job with her...And 43 is very close to a reducie, so she may be leading up to that! :mrgreen: :mrgreen:
I also work mostly out of the house, it is very convenient for those of us with FD kitties!
And tonite's numbers are great too, considering her am numbers.. very happy for today..
Hope tomorrow will be as good or better!!
