Well, I guess Tess is saying "Go ahead and have a nice day in Santa Barbara. I'll have a good one here w/ no pokies!" I'm rather surprised at the size of the bounce, this time she went down really slowly over a couple of cycles. Last night she kept crawling up into my lap anytime I came in and sat down. I guess she knew she wouldn't have much chance today. I feel guilty for being relieved that she has bounced, but I'm still going to worry.

WCR Very good appetite this morning finished off first breffis in record time and purry throughout the test and shot. Haven't seen the big P in the LB yet, but she often takes care of that later. Right now she is waiting to be brushed and to play. I gotta go and take care of that.

We'll get a +1 out the door.

Whew...a bounce...I know what you mean...for me, it mans I can sleep for 4 hours at a clip. Nice numbers last cycle Tess! I hope you have a wonderful day today Ann!!!

Re: 5/15 Tess AMPS~238 PMPS~298

I doubt if she came down much today. Most of the food was left in the auto feeder, so she probably just didn't get up much during the day. No poo in the LB yet either. Tess was wondering why dinner was late, very hungry kitty.

We pushed her shot back 20 minutes and will do the same in the morning. So, we will have up to an hour to help strike the show tomorrow, if we get home a little earlier, so much the better. I feel guilty hoping the bounce doesn't clear until tomorrow evening.

The weather was perfect in Santa Barbara today, sunny but not too hot. The wild flowers around the burn area of the garden are just incredible. Now you can see the houses on the hillsides that you never knew were there before. Time to go out to water trees.

Hi Ann. Glad to hear that you had a good day in Santa Barbara and that Tess just lounged around peacefully waiting for you to return. When we go out for a day Stu often "saves" most of his food, and then dives into it the minute we get home. I wonder if he had ever been on the street (he was 4 years old when he came to live with us: he'd been a shelter cat and had been returned twice!!!!!). Our previous cat, Alice (GA), had been a castaway and she also would save her food until we got home.
Here's hoping for good numbers for Tess tomorrow!
