5/15 Loose Lips-- request for healing thoughts/prayers

Hey, all. I know I've not posted in awhile... Life has been hectic, but Willie and Herbie continue to do great despite my being gone more, infrequent skipped shots and problems with pet sitters. Willie's spreadsheet isn't up to date at all, but I continue to see numbers that suggest a healing pancreas, for which I'm very thankful.

I promise an update soon, but am posting tonight as a concerned new aunt asking for a little lantus land magic for Noah and Daniel, my twin nephews born last night. While the delivery was blessedly free of complications, both boys are now requiring oxygen and Daniel requires a heat box as he's unable to maintain body heat on his own. Any thoughts, prayers, vines, snowflakes, etc. for them would be so appreciated. Beside myself with worry, but am thankful for the very special someone I shared about in my last post who is doing everything he can to be supportive and keep me from obsessing too much with worry.

(((Christie))) so wonderful to hear from you but sorry it is under these circumstances. We are sending strong LL prayers for Noah and Daniel. And congrats Auntie Christie!

(((((Christie)))) sending healing energy to your new guys. I know it's a worry but they are getting great care and will be growing like weeds before you know it. Thanks for the update on the kitties and you and your someone. :-D

prayers sent for those little babies! And prayers of comfort to the new parents, hope they know those babies are right where they need to be .. for now .. and soon they will be home where they belong!
 
Prayers for those two little guys to be A-OK. Christie, it is good to hear from you. I'm sure your new nephews will be just fine.

Thanks so much, everyone!! Just got an update... babies appear to be doing okay. Still on oxygen and Daniel still needs heat, but the test results are showing no reasons for alarm. Their blood sugar has normalized, which is a good sign. DSIL family can be a bit.... lets just say, overzealous, in their celebration, and I suspect the hours spent yesterday keeping the babies out of the incubators for pictures (and even unswaddling them for "inspections" :evil: :evil: ) took its toll. Everyone has thankfully been sent home and DB and DSIL are able to get some quiet time with their boys today.

Have asked mom to send a bedtime update later tonight, so will pass along any news!!
 
(((Christie))) so good to hear fom you and glad this update is positive. I'm adding my positive thoughts and prayers for your sweet nephews, Noah and Daniel. I love their names. Look forward to more good news.
 
Very good update!
Will send lots of prayers and white light to babies Noah and Daniel, to keep getting stronger.
