Chuck is at it again. After staying in the 300's for over 24 hours (and receiving a total of 2U over the last 24 hours), he's dropping. 338 at his last 1/2U, 194 at +5 and 154 @ +7. I'll check probably around +10, and then again around +15 (the civies get me up around 1:30 a.m. every morning). He's eating well, not starving or refusing food, and I'm always careful to only give a shot if he's eating.

The vet and his staff had a sit down about Chuck. They even talked with vets at Texas A&M. The next step is a TLI (?) blood test, because, as the vet explained to hubby, there is a duct that connects the liver and the pancreas, and they want to be sure they aren't overlooking anything liver- or pancreas-related (suggested by TX A&M vet). If that test comes back normal, we'll likely switch insulins.
