Had all four cats on bed for the first time EVER!! Alska wasn't pleased and moved to the bottom of the bed to avoid civvies. At 3am my geriatric Emmylou started to howl - I thought that this was the renal failure end I am expecting - but no, it was only that the twist tie she was playing with got stuck in her mouth. She quickly freed it and then chased it all over the bedroom while boys watched from above. Alska again - not pleased at the interruption in his beauty sleep. I kept petting him assurances.
