Alex not feeling like 'himself' this morning so he's off to the vet in a little while. He's had loose stools and a not great appetite (It started with him eating slower than Jackson and not 'inhaling' his food like he usually does...even then I felt there was something not right) for the last couple of days so I want him checked. Other than that....

I noticed that Jacky's appetite is a little 'off' also, I wonder if it's connected? If they both have a 'bug' or if Jackson just feels that something is wrong with Alex? .... :-|

I wonder if there's something going on with their food, a different batch or something. If it's affecting both of them it's a possibility.

That's what the vet thought too, Libby. he didn't find anything wrong. Could be Alex's appetite has just changed. However, I dropped him off and went out for a few hours and came back to him having something really wrong with his right back leg. I don't know what he did to it but he's in quite a bit of pain. He can hardly walk on it, he's had a small dose of bupe...I know it's not a blood clot but he's hurting. :cry:

whew, my first thought (me with the newly diagnosed HCM kitty) was blood clot. I hope it's not that!

No that's the first thing we checked for..definitely not..but he's a hurting boy today and tonight...Alex is an HCM kitty also
