I checked Gobbles this morning, at PM+10.5 and he was 75. After his AM shot, we went BTB. He woke me at AM+2.5 by laying on my head, kissing, purring and TP duty; he was at 53. I fed him 2 T. MC and will test again in a little while.

I've been using a Greenie pill pocket for over a week now (salmon flavor) to administer his denamarin. I just found out that the salmon flavor is high carb; however, it does not appear to be affecting his BG.....

Just look at those numbers....cat on a mission.

I know those PPs are HC....but, I also wonder if, since you use such a teeny bit, if it's not totally the end of the world, if ya know what I mean. I'm sure if you gave him a bunch, you'd see a difference.

They stopped making the FD friendly PPs last year or so, but as far as I know, they still make the diabetic-friendly dog version - it's the Duck and Green Pea flavor. In my house, the cat version got two paws up, but for some reason, no one would touch the dog version. Go figure...

Wow, Gobbles! Surf safely today!

(PS: Ripley has opposite PP tastes as Amy's kitties ~ she loves the dog version, didn't like the cat one. Silly kitty.)

Hi Kat. Great AMPS for Gobbles. He is doing so good. You're doing a super job working his numbers and keeping him in the safe end of the Lagoon. I get a good laugh whenever I read about Gobbles' TP duty :lol: .

Wow, what wonderful numbers. Gobbles tweeted Peepee all night and she threw me a 68 this morning. Conspiracy. Love the TP duty.

Nice surf for Gobbles today. :mrgreen: I don't think you need to worry about the carbs in the pill pockets. His numbers look so good.
