Yesterday a mostly blue day then gave me a yellow permission slip for sleep.

Neko has a very odd morning tradition. She won't go out into the solarium (which has a cat door so she can go anytime), until she's had her +3 meal. I was late with it this morning. :oops: I had a civie on my lap. So she started mewing loudly and soon as she' wolfed down her food she charged into the solarium. She recently had to come back in and cool off, then out on the deck in the shade for some bird watching. It's a summer's day in spring here so toasty in the south facing solarium. We got some combing done, shedding season has begun. :roll:

interesting behavior....
Shadow does something similar....
if she gets a snack after breakfast.... she still doesn't go settle down for the afternoon nap until getting a similar meal as Neko.
Must be a cat clock thing....
food before siesta.... :-D

I guess Neko doesn't want to miss a meal. :lol: Kitties can be funny with their routines sometimes.

Yo Neko, did you tell your mamabean that we were snacking all afternoon while planning the full moon party? It's gonna be a great party. See ya tomorrow.

And around she goes. Lots of nanner playing this afternoon. :cool: She picked up a bit as it got a bit cooler. And she got some really good swats on Theo when they were lining up for the PS test. :lol:

@Rhiannon, Carla, Ella - Thanks for visiting my food focused girl. She's back parked in front of Otto waiting for +1. :lol:
@Yo Rusty - Parties gonna be cool. Maybe I'll wear a wreath of azaleas in my hair. Mom says we have some to match my BG's. Snacks were awesome today! ~Neko

That's a pretty blue PMPS! I hope Neko gives you a nice low blue (high green?) surf tonight. :smile:

Forgive me if you posted this previously and I missed it, but does Neko still have her special friendship going on with the air compressor tire?
 
Looks like blue surfs up tonight. I'll get up at rowing time to check on her. Now if only I could tear myself away from watching Calypso having babies. First one stillborn :cry: , second is a girl tuxie. Go Calypso! Squeaking sound of baby kitty has the attention of my tuxies.

@Jen - DH put air compressor and his tires away in the workshop which Neko's not allowed into. So, she is temporarily separated from her friend. :lol:
