Happy Monday Lantus Land and yay I'm home!!! Thanks very, very much to each of you who posted while I was gone and gave Mike encouragement and kept him company. He did an AWESOME job all around but especially with Gracie's numbers. I know he's tired but she really did super while I was gone. Made me tell him perhaps I should take more breaks ;-) ;-) :lol: :lol: The true test was last night when she gave him a 45 at about shot time. He handled it like it was just a walk in the park, another number, no biggie. Great shooting!!
Gracie is having a lovely day today....a bit of a bounce up this morning but back down into green. She had a hairball pukus this morning right after AMPS so that could also be the high numbers, I suppose. She and Tobey were glad to see me (I think Gus was, too, as I got lots of Gussie kisses). The two young 'uns have been wrasslin this morning; Mike said they never wrestle when I'm gone so he thinks they were just trying to impress me :lol: :lol: :lol: At any rate, LBG seems to be feeling fine and enjoying her new supplements for her liver.
I was glad to spend the time with mom for her 85th birthday and Mother's Day. She enjoyed it and we had a really lovely day at my sister's house on Saturday with all Mom's favorite foods and my sister made her signature Italian Cream Cake. Oh yum. She sent Mom home with four HUGE pieces and Mom ate two of them overnight :lol: :lol: :lol: The luxury of being 85. I'm glad to be home. I missed Mike and the kitties and all of you. I got in really late last night and am trying to catch up on a few things today and will be back around tonight.

Mike did do a fantastic job with Gracie while you were gone and I bet Mike and Gracie are both really happy to see you! Its great that you got to spend some time with your family though!
