Well, was not expecting that drop. My best guess is that her PMPS test was wrong, but I got enough blood and it seemed to fit based on the numbers before it... :/ I've got the honey out and ready in case I need it, but I'm hoping that won't be the case. Lost like she's getting another dose decrease tomorrow morning.

Apparently so! And seems to be quick to rise from the drop as well. She's been doing amazing.
