All Ps in place, Oliver really likes his new schedule of a small snack at +8 or +9. He's not so starving at amps and pmps anymore. I'm not sure if it helps, hurts, or doesn't change his numbers, but he doesn't cry for dinner ... so that's a good thing.

The kitties have their grass vases, the squirrel has his orange, bird feeders are filled and it's time to wish everyone a Very Wonderful Mother's Day!!!! Many hugs and scritches and ...All our love --Mary, Mark, Oliver, Greg and Marble

Nice on the snack for Ollie. I reintroduced that way back for Mannie too. For him it didn't seem to make much difference with the numbers either. You are looking good this morning Oliver - surf well!

And Ollie has given you a nice AMPS for MamaBean's Day! Good boy! We always give the +9 snack/treat, even when Rusty is high. He expects it (of course!).

Beautiful flowers - did you grow them? We give Zener a little freeze dried chicken for a snack, which he loves. Happy Mother's Day and Mamabean Day! :-D

Hi Ann, I'm glad to hear that other sugar moms feed at 8 or 9. I was feeling a littl guilty for feeding after 6. I just have a hard time saying NO to that sweet face.

Hi Dyana, Doesn't her voice just give you chills??!! What a talent! I'm putting a link to the squirrel with his orange here. They always have peanuts and corn on a flat feeder, but this little guy LOVES his orange.

Hi Ella, It's only taken a couple days and Ollie already know when it's time for his snack. :-D These kitties are smart! And have good alarms!

Hi Liz, I WISH i could grow roses like this. I have a couple wild rose bushes that smell wonderful, but are absolutely useless for cut flowers. Ollie likes chicky, i'll try freeze-dried. Thanx for the tip!!

Neat. I didn't know squirrels liked fruit. I had a neighbor tell me once that her dad used to give a friendly squirrel cookies! I've seen them pulling a corn cob (with corn stalk still attached) across the street before :)
Although, I was passing Mama in my car once and didn't have any handy peanuts, but I was eating a granola bar and threw her a chunk and she took it and ran up a tree.

That's a wonderful song for Mother's day and a great way to celebrate your mom.

Nice slide for Oliver today. I hope he surfs for you for a while. That's neat on the squirrel and the oranges.

I loved the squirrel pics, and video. I didn't know squirrels like fruit. I have mostly red squirrels, and they want only the birds' black oil sunflower seeds.

Mary, thanks for the beautiful picture of the flowers. Those are my mom's favorite colors, too.

I give Simon a snack at +9 during the day. It is usually just a teaspoon of his normal food. I also give him a snack at +8 or +9 in the middle of the night. I use an automatic feeder. I think it helps with his numbers and if he is going low while I am asleep, he gets a little food to help him through.

Beautiful condo today Mary. :-D :-D Ollie is looking pretty fine too.

Neko gets a AM +9-9.5 snack during the day, but I try to be either low carb (1%) or no carb (chicken neck piece or one of the freeze dried treats). It's merely historical. She used to always get a meal then and couldn't erase it out of her schedule. :lol: I used to think it helped her PM numbers look nicer than her AM numbers, but the last couple of weeks her AM are looking better than PM. But like you say, much less "starving" for dinner.

DH used to feed grapes to the squirrels when he was young, said they loved them. They steal the pears off my trees (before they're ripe :twisted: ) and also go for the strawberries and raspberries.
