Hello LL! Positive Monday vibes to all those who need them today. :smile:

Eddie had a really great day yesterday. The weather was in the mid-60's so the deck door was open most of the day, so Eddie got lots of outside time in. He was as active and playful yesterday as I've seen him in a long time. No matter what his numbers look like, seeing Eddie being playful and active makes me feel like he's getting better. He had a bouncy AM cycle, but cleared it out and had a nice PM cycle with green nadirs.

This AM, he started out with a nice low yellow pre-shot, but bounced up to a stinky pinky at +2.5. I expected a flat bounce cycle today, and took my time getting home from lunch today, fully expecting a mid-yellow mid-cycle number, at best. But, lo and behold, Eddie gets a carb-free cookie today for world-class bounce clearing! He was at 123 at AM +7! That's the fastest he's cleared out a stinky pinky since starting Lantus. If I could today, I'd sneak home a little later in the cycle to see if he's headed up or down, but I'm stuck in a deposition this afternoon. In the past, when he's clearing a bounce, he seems to have a later nadir, so it will be interesting to see what PMPS looks like.

Well done on the bounce clearing Eddie! When Neko was on Lantus her nadir would be later if her +3 to +4 was higher - I called it her bouncette.

Love hearing how playful Eddie is getting - definitely a good sign.

Eddie is looking good, Jen. Isn't it nice when they come down and then if they have to bounce, recover quickly? Have a nice night drama free, I hope.

I'm impressed with Eddie's bounce clearing today! At AM +11, he was at 105, so he might have even hit greens late in the cycle today. :mrgreen: I hope this is a sign that Eddie's ready to start having more good cycles and less bounce cycles. He had a great low pre-shot number for the PM, but is headed into a bounce tonight. At +4, he's at 293, so he's headed in the wrong direction. With any luck, though, hopefully, he'll slide down by morning.

Wrong direction = sleep for mama! He's been keeping you busy at night, Jen. Wow...don't know how you do it and work. Especially sitting in depositions. I've had to be an expert witness a couple times and the depositions were excruciating. ;-) I can't imagine doing them with no sleep.
