Numbers are a bit better today, but still well over the 200 mark. So, if I am reading the info right, we would up his dose to 4 either tonight or tomorrow morning, because his numbers are still consistently high.
 
Agreed with the dosing, unless the PMPS is a lot lower yellow. Theoretically the yellow nadirs means a 0.25 unit increase, but with such high yellows I think you can increase safely by more.

This next dose Dyson - I want to see blues, K'?
