Started Levemir last night when I got home. I started with 1.5u. So far, so good. He's actually started eating better.

Watching him carefully. He's showing the indicators that he's going low already (for him this means frantic eating, a little bit unsettled, nervous frequent trips back and forth to the food dish, loud purring). And sure enough, a .5 check showed a 41 point drop in 30 minutes.

If you don't have HC, I'd go out and get some now while he's still a little up there in the yellows.
