bounce? the bf shot and fed tonight, so i trust he did.
we have been introducing daily toothbrushing into his routine for the past week (side note, could use advice on kitty toothpaste, see general health post:
viewtopic.php?f=28&t=43176) but tonight was the first night i did a few teeth, all front ones, but more than he is accustom to. i don't know much about cat tooth health. dogs i know, cats, i got nothing, i'm learning as i go on this one
we have yet to do a dental cleaning at the vet, our vet reco'd first getting his bg under tighter control before we worried about teeth, esp since he wasn't showing symptoms of pain or problems and no major concerns in checkups. he has some plaque and tarter build up on his back teeth, and we used to give him a daily enzyme for it, but since he was dx, we haven't since I didn't know the effect on diabetes.
i would appreciate more knowledge on dental health, esp if anyone else does daily brushings.
