It's been an exciting start to Anne's birthday. Looks like Zener had a green surf last night. :mrgreen: I thought his meter was stuck on 59. :lol: He was eating really well, gobbling down his food, and then he jumped down and started hacking. Fortunately, he was on the tile and not the carpet. Up came everything. :roll: Poor guy. He went outside and then back on the bed. I decided to eat my breakfast and try again in a while. It's not a big deal if we stall. So now we've started over with meds and feeding. Assuming this stays down, he will get his shot in a bit.

Our plan is to have lunch with a couple of friends to celebrate but if there is any kitty drama (more than we've had already), I'll stay home.

Thinking of ailing kitties and bean. Happy Friday LL!

Awww...poor Zener. I guess he was just too excited about celebrating Anne's birthday! I hope his tummy settles....what gorgeous numbers!!!

Sorry about that tummy episode. Hope it was just too much or too fast and your second start to the day goes better than the first.

Anne, the old saying is that what you do on your birthday you'll do all year long. I hope that today will prove to be the exception to the rule. Have a fine birthday lunch with Liz and your friends and don't worry about Zener. The KTSS will bring him some chicken soup.

Have a great birthday celebration and Liz, hope it works out that you can attend. As Ella stated, KTSS will by with chicken soup. Mags has learned how to do the massages watching her Bean do them on her. :-D

Thank you, everyone, for your good wishes for Zener. He is doing fine now, napping in my office chair and supervising my final throes of grading.

Thanks everyone for the happy barfday, oops, birthday wishes. Zener's appy picked up mid-cycle and we gave him a couple of HC treats so we could go out for my birthday lunch and not worry too much. He managed to have quite the string of greens two cycles in a row, so we expect a bounce plus carbs and it looks like that is beginning.

I have commencement things tonight and tomorrow afternoon and Liz has commencement things in the morning - THEN, we are done for the summer!

I guess, the fact that the barf was not on a carpet, was Zener's birthday gift to mammabean Anne :-D

I hope both beans had a nice celebratory lunch :-D
