What a nice day Mannie had yesterday -The AM cycle was a joy. I could not have been happier with his pmps @ 109. I expected a return visit to the land of the greens, got a detour to the land of the yellows instead. :roll: I fed a 10% MC at pmps to boost him up a little, in prep for onset. :lol: Seems that just sent him upwards instead. What is it that they say about the best laid plans.... sorry Mannie! cat_pet_icon We are starting with a 244 this morning - I hope he has a great day. Go Mannie!

All is well in MannieLand. No whiskers wake up call this morning - he was too busy cuddling the nanners. Woe is me: I lost out to a pile of nanners.... :lol: I did however receive a ka-zillion purrs and head butts, and rubs for test feed shoot. Breffis was a hit - so many nom nom nom purrrrrrrrrrrrr nom nom. :razz: It seems that Surf and Turf is a winner! The auto feeder went to the civvie - again! :roll: :roll: :roll: Mannie! Heads up boy - you are supposed to go and eat that. uhhhhh.... that would be a negative says Mannie: you are suppose to serve me, silly bean. I hope for sunny weather today so I can let him out knowing I will get a dry kitty back, not a wet one who decided playing in the rain was fun. :roll:

Michelle, I love your attitude. You seem to take it stride, when Mannie has a higher than you'd like, cycle. :-D
I, on the other hand, get all bent out of shape, because I can't figure it out. Must be the Irish control freak, in me. :roll:

passed over for a pile of nanners, that has to hurt :lol: But the purrs and headbutts made up for it I'm sure.

Mannie nanner will come down today! What is wrong with our kitties - maybe too many hot dogs and niptunis yesterday. Maggie is bouncing more than usual lately! I agree; your condo is always so fun to read to see what's up with Mannie and the civvies!

Hey Mannie, I think Coney Island get together spunds like fun. Let's get all the squirrels and take them back. I'll be waiting for you to picks me up, burp, I ate too many dogs yesterday, Maggie

You guys are all too kind... but thank you! I do have to admit that there are days when I am so "omg" over what the BG is today. I have to remind myself: remember where we were in May of 2008 - we are in such a better place today. Tomorrow marks 3 years for Mannie. Three years of better health. That thought always puts the smile back on my face.

Hi Georgia - :lol: :lol: on that darn auto feeder... Sometimes I think it is just because he's not starving, it will be there when he feel like it, so he waits... if you bring him to it - which i do, as it is his mini meal, he gobbles everything up. silly boy!!! --- and yes - he will go out when it is raining. it depends on the degree of rain. Hard rains usually not, but sometimes he will sit outside by the door. If it's a light drizzle then he will head in out into the yard. We have alot of pines and firs here so there are spots he can go that are more or less dry. As long as he isn't soaking wet then all is good. If it's raining that hard I don't always let him out.

Mannie, I think the squirrels think if it smell like hot dogs it must be NYC. Yeah let's take them back to Coney Island and let them go there. but we need a diversion, don't want them bringing the whole beach full of sand back into the bus. I got it! :idea: -- Tess

Christie thought I should redesign the feeder to look like nanners, smell like nanners.... :cool: :cool: :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: He has such a reputation!

I guess our boys like it up on that high floor. Checks is 275 at +11. Maybe they are planning something big and blue, for overnight. :-D

Hi Barb - YAY! I know though - it is disheartening when you and they work so hard and there you sit in the pink zone, or the way too high zone. Sometimes you just hafta ride it out. Checks is doing so well, and is so close to "you know what" that I think it must be harder. Mannie's still got a long ways to go. well - put on that happy face, smile a ton, and know that hey - we can sleep tonight! SWEET!

Hi Michelle. You know with Mannie, that +2, is a food spike. It's even in the stickies, if I remember correctly. I believe +2 is supposed to be similar to the ps, and it is, so Mannie is right on target.
At least you can go to sleep, if you want to. I have to wait up for a while.
I think I'll go snoop in Mannie's SS. I have to be up anyway. Google is so sloooooooow loading for me, I can't always even get into my own. :roll:

Hi Barb - yay - he came down, predictably so, and right on target for a normal curve. I just wish it was lower overall :lol: :lol: :lol: we are never satisfied, are we? I know what you mean about good blue/green days alternating with so so yellow/blue ones... it is Mannie's pattern most of the time. sometimes too he will stay in that yellow/blue range for 3 days! So so frustrating. Understand it? I wonder if I ever will. i feel like such a spectator most of the time. :-D Enjoy Mannie's SS! You'll have to let me know what you think of it. :razz: ANd thanks on the good cheer - I just think it makes all that goes on here a little easier if we can be a little upbeat some of the time.

Hi Marje - Sure seem to be alot of kitties hanging out on the yellow floor, or in the near vicinity. Well, I hope for blue, not too sure he will get there. Well company on the upper floors is good - right? :lol: :lol: and never made it to Seattle - my friend had to cancel. She had to get her DD to the dentist (unplanned trip), so we will wait til next week when she has more time. so...... went flower/hanging basket shopping for the yard instead (YAY!), and then took a walk to the shoreline. Both were great!!!!

Gracie - I know on da binks - what is up with that??? Let's take him our special KTSS, cuz he has to take nasty medicine that tastes really bad... poor Binks!! I told him about eatin' all them dogs.... Let's roll! ~~ Mannie
