Maggie has decided to climb onto the yellow floor :( I may have done a fur shot or not gotten enough juice with my microdosing. Sometimes I get so frustrated with the bubbles that I shoot with a bubble! Otherwise four P's are in place, and Missy Maggie is napping on the footstool of my recliner and snoring so softly! This gives me time to do my neck and shoulder stretches. I just finished 12 physical therapy sessions for neck and shoulder. I had cervical spine spondyliosis (fancy word for neck arthritis) and adhesive capselitis (or frozen shoulder), both on the left side, thank goodness (I am right handed), so I was still able to grab the scruff and then quickly shoot with my right hand. Having a sweet, patient kitty really helped, too, with my bumbling the ear poke and shot! Thank God for cortizone shots and a good Physical Therapist, too! Have a nice Tuesday everyone.

Maggie whatchadoin up there girl? ...well...she is almost blue :-D Hope she comes back down and surfs blues and greens :-D

Maggie is almost blue so I am sure you'll see good numbers today.

Hi Ann. I'm in the same boat with the microdosing, and bubbly syringes. One drop is too much and less is near to impossible for me to draw.
Maggie will be down from that yellow floor before you know it.
I hear ya on the shot. I have same in lumbar spine. The epidural is the only saving grace, in the last 6 months, as PT made the situation worse. I'm so glad it's working for you.
I hope you start to feel better,soon. :smile:

Hi Natalie, she just came down to blue, but she's eating like no get out, so I doubt she will get to green!

Thanks Iorwen, yes, she always does come down. I'm beginning to think she's getting to be a bouncy girl and not surfing very well.

Hi Pat, it's Vetty visit next week, so we'll see if possibly Maggie has some bad toothies that are causing the wonky numbers.

Hi Barb & Checkers, ouch for the shot in the lumbar spine. Soemetimes pt can make things worse, I've heard. I'm glad I'm not the only one with the bubbles problem. I do the twisting thing, too, and then end up with no juice in the syringe and start all over.

Morning guys! well bummer on the yellow. Nice too see though that the +2 was down. I hear you on the mircodosing. I can't imagine how difficult it must be to draw such small amounts... Mannie isn't even close to that low of a dose, but I do struggle with the fats and skinnys. aiyee! consistency has become the motto... and the bubbles - always an issue no matter how much one is shooting.... :roll:

Have a good day today - I hope you are doing well. I look forward to Maggie's vetty appt that is coming up. I wonder if there is anything that will indicate the reason for higher BG's. I hope she passes vet.

Gosh 115 is quite a drop from her AMPS, but it's an out the door check, and it's +5, too! I just gave her a treat of Gerber chicken & Gravy bf. It doesn't seem to affect her bg. I'll leave plenty of food and won't be gone that long! Maybe I got the dose right this time! :o

Very nice numbers for Maggie tonight. Ann, I have the exact same problem with my neck as you, plus a couple of bone spurs. Such a pain to deal with!

I dunno where that 179 bg came from, maybe fur shot?
