5/10 Boris still holding yellow, increase?

I would hold at least one more cycle, maybe two. He got down to 113 the first cycle on this dose, and might still be bouncing. Tomorrow would be six cycles after that 113. You want to try to avoid increasing on the same cycle as they break the bounce, cause that can mean a lot of extra downward momentum.

So he hit blue around +8 = 194 when I woke and checked him last night. Now he has bounced again and at +3 300 after amps.

I don't understand. Numbers don't look like he had any extremes.?

Some cats go high before they break a bounce. This is the 6th cycle after the 114 and he is due to clear the bounce.
Ok, fingers crossed that we're not starting a new bounce. that was a big jump from AMPS of 214 to +3-300.

Past couple of days it's only been about 20-30 points different in the same time frame.

it might seem like with the pink vs yellow but don't forget 20% meter variance. If you factor in meter variance, today's +3 looks pretty much the same as usual to me

Meter variance? Don't know about that. The +3 numbers look about the same if I look only at them, but when I compare AMPS with the +3 it's a bigger stretch today.

So when we say meter variance is that comparing day to day at same times, etc? Tried to go look at other threads about this, but still confused.

oh Meter variance means that for any given BG test, it could be plus or minus 20%. So if a BG test of 300 and a BG test of 280 are essentially read as the same BG

at least that is my understanding. If i have that wrong at all I'm sure one of the smarter people will correct :D
