Yesterday, Neko did a short toe dip in the lagoon during the day, and since that was her second cycle in a row with green, she bounced last night. :roll: Thanks for visiting last night Ella and Marje - Neko gave me a "go to bed early" pass.

Well let's see what Neko does with this blue start. She always loves mornings we get up for rowing as it means an extra test and snack in the wee hours. Today has been a rough cat's life. Out to the solarium, bake for a while, back into the kitchen to lie on the cool floor, then back out to bake and sniff the breezes. I've got one side combed while she was flaked out. Winter coat is really starting to come out now - Neko's coat is so much thicker than the civie's. Neko's got her 5 P's early - she was the one who whacked Theo when they were lining up at the "testing station". :lol:
OT: It's light when we start rowing - I'm may have to start bring sunglasses.
Today's workout was a killer, coach is working on teaching our hearts to recover fast then zoom back up again when needed. We covered a lot of distance up the inlet and back. The water is getting busy at 6AM, with water skiers, kayaks and paddle boards out as well as the usual commuter boat traffic.
Sending lots of vines to JD, Lucy, Bailey, Trixie and anyone else in need today.
