Good morning. i hope everyone has a beautiful day. Kitties be good and surf safely:cool::D Prayers for all:bighug:

Moey's doing good. Over the top appy and his #s aren't bad. He's taking his sq fluids like a champ. I'm very blessed that Moey has a great temperament. He's bossy with the civvies but, incredibly stoic with me. He hardly complains about anything.
I've done a little bit of research regarding his mouth. Why cancer is always at the forethought is beyond me. There are a few different mouth issues that can resemble cancer. Salivary gland issues and eosinophilic granuloma are 2 I can think of. I'm not in denial that Moey could actually have cancer but, his appy/behavior is what throws me. He doesn't act sick. He's as lively and perky as always. I know cats are famous for hiding illness. I've seen a few of my own cats succumb to various conditions. I've seen many others (while working for the vet) at their end. I've helped countless others pass to the rainbow bridge. I'm not new to any of this but, Moey doesn't act sick. I'm still holding onto hope until proven otherwise. Thanks for letting me vent:bighug:
 
I'm so sorry to read this update (I read yesterday's post). Sending you and Moey a lot of love. Ittle looks awesome in his beanie btw!!!

What you describe sounds like hyperthyroidism, but I don't have experience with cancer in kitties. I hope you get answers soon and keep loving that boy who seems to feel great. Prayers for you dear Briere:bighug::bighug::bighug:
I'm sure you are preparing for the worst, I just hope it's not so bad and you still have many happy times with Moey:cool: He is very lucky he is your boy.
 
Briere, I’m so sorry you’re having to go through this with Moey, what a shock and having to wait for the diagnosis is the worst. :(
I wish and hope the techs are wrong. Hang in there. :bighug::bighug::bighug:

I've been thinking about you and your fur babies! I sure hope you get some good news on Moey soon. Try not to think the worst until you know all the facts.
