we had fireworks constantly going off for hours, she wasnt to happy and her numbers were very high because of this,slowly the numbers are dropping again!!

I HATE people setting off fireworks near homes and people. They are very dangerous and should be left to professionals in environments where the proper precautions have been taken (or should be done so far out in the 'middle of nowhere' that only the people doing it are at risk). I have seen the safety measures they have in places like Disney World in any areas where there is any chance of something falling. So, I cringe when I see large fireworks being set off by Joe Anybody in the middle of a neighborhood with houses and people and pets. And, there is also the terror they cause for our pets and even for wildlife. Setting of fireworks is illegal in a lot of cities, but they turn a blind eye for special holidays. I just hate it... especially when the people doing it decide it's cool to keep doing it well into the night.

Oh how I agree, like you said some people keep doing it well into the night, our poor pets, I just want to jump in my car , find them, and I can't say what would happen next, lol. My Italian temper gets the best of me sometimes

Idjit was terrified, ran and hid. I hope it's over, but people in the neighborhood just might continue over this weekend. I would like to knock them all in the head.

Not to mention all the fireworks debris that litters the streets after they are finished having their fun.
