+4 is 52

I am going away this weekend and my sitter doesn’t test. Do you suggest lowering her back down to 2U while I’m gone ? I have noticed that tonight and yesterday when she hit green we’re the first 2 days I felt like I got most of the air out of my syringe- meaning the closest I ve been to a true 2.25 dose. That said maybe a straight “airless” 2 would be sufficient in general?
 
Hmmm, usually when you go away and the person giving shots is not also testing it’s recommended to give a reduced dose to ensure that there is no risk of a hypo event

I’m not experienced enough to determine what a safe dose for Little would be but since you’re getting green on this dose I imagine someone is going to recommend cutting your dose quite a bit while you’re away to stay safe.

I recommend changing the title of your post to have the question mark icon, and write something along the lines of “+4 52, Going away for weekend - Dosing advice needed for sitter”. That way someone who is more experienced than I am will hopefully be able to give you a good recommendation :)
 
Experimented and did not feed on 52 - she came up on her own at+5 to 69. A bit risky but I needed to see what she did on her own. I watched her like a hawk and will get a +6.
