hi all,
i thought i had opened a condo...guess i dreamt it...

continued prayers for Karrie and Michelle and all others who have lost their beloved babies....sending healing vines and prayers to the kitties who are unwell and those who are having dentals and/or vet visits.....

still at 3.5u

i tried to get up at +9 in the wee hrs to feed him...but i guess i missed the alarm...so he was not happy at 4 am...that loud meow could probably be heard by the neighbours....

so far he has eaten ok today...but something is still off...i can tell.....hard to put my finger on it...

ps....please pray for my mom too....dad told me yesterday that she had required blood transfusion yesterday morning...she is a diabetic so i guess the surgery had taken a toll on her and they're monitoring her closely...she was supposed to be discharged on Saturday but with the blood transfusion they don't know when she will go home....this is a little worrysome...and i feel helpless...been trying to keep busy today as you know i can't go visit her and see her....

Hi guys, I hope that you can figure out what is off with Rocket. I know how terrible it feels when you don't know. I did say a prayer for your mom and hope that she is able to go home soon. Have a good weekend. :razz:

So sorry about your Mom, Claudia, and I'm sending prayers for a healing and recovery. Lots of vines and hugs for Rocket and hugs for you, too.

thank you guys for visiting our condo....i still have not heard back from dad today...i gather he is at the hospital still...he did tell me he'd call at night time...so i hope mom had a good day at the hospital....he told me yesterday they couldn't get her to get out of bed and do her knee excercises as she had the transfusion...but i am praying today was better for her....that is scary to have blood transfusion after she had the surgery....it makes me nervous

still can't put my finger on what's wrong with Rocket....will continue to investigate....

i am taking lots of pics lately...and managed to record this am a loud meow when he came to wake me up...but i couldn't get him to repeat it....i think he knew i was up to no good....will try to catch him in the act with the meow though....i actually did not have in all this entire time (almost 3 yrs) pictures or a video of him drinking water in the tub....so i managed just a little while back to capture it....i'm glad now i have it....the bathroom is the only room in our condo that has not gotten a facelift....in part cause we know the tub needs to be replaced but with the faucet dripping 24/7 it gets rusty...so it will get done after Rocket is gone....and we don't mind it looks dated....compared to the rest of our place....

ok off to feed Comet....DH just got home....will try to check condos later....

Claudia, so sorry to hear about your mom and I'm praying you get good news soon that she will be able to go home. I know it must be hard not being able to be with her, but it sounds like your dad is able to take care of things. I will be praying for your mom and a successful recovery.

I hope you will be able to post pictures of Rocket in the tub and also meowing. I would love to hear him. I also hope you can figure out what is troubling you about Rocket.

Thanks for sending out prayers to Simon today -- i think all the positive thoughts really helped.

Hi Claudia - I am sorry to hear about your mom. I hope all is coming along well, and I wish her a speedy recovery.

Enjoy your photo and video project of Rocket, I know you will cherish it. Sometimes the time spent getting the shots and the sounds and the videos are as rewarding as the end result. I hope it is enjoyable for you.

as always you guys are in our thoughts and prayers.

Claudia: sending many healing vines to yoru mom and I'm hoping you are also feeling better. Glad Rocket is eating and I hope whatever you think might be wrong is not anything significant. Have a restful evening.

Prayers from us to your Mom!! I so understand about loved ones being ill & us not being able to be there!!
But you, like I, have our obligations home, and I just know your Mom will be OK!
I also have been taking pictures of the cats..Gotta enjoy everything while it's in front of you--
I would love to see that beautiful Rocket singing in the bathtub.--He is so gorgeous--

Sending hugs Claudia. I would love to hear Rocket's meow and see him licking water from the tub. Wishing for a complete recovery for your mom.
 
Since i'm late opening a condo today i figured i might as well use yesterday's condo....

something is still off with Rocket....i'm still not able to put my finger on it....watching him carefully and making notes...and googling stuff

i managed to captured him drinking water in the tub....but i have it on YouTube but it's SIDEWAYS...i can't get the darn video to go upright..... :roll: :roll: :roll: :sad: wanted to post it here tonight...i just don't want you guys having neck problems watching it..... :?

dad called saying mom is progressing better each day....but will most likely be in the hospital for a few more days as they're monitoring her BG...but no more transfusions required....hopefully not....

if anyone knows how to put the video upright please let me know
