Yesterday was bounce recovery from the previous night. A pink day followed by a pink to blue slide.

I do love a blue start to the morning. It's been a while since Neko has started out so close to the lagoon in the morning. I got up in the wee hours when DH got ready for rowing, so it looks like Neko is on a downward trend. The one really nice thing about low blue mornings is that I was awoken by the alarm and NOT the kitty chorus! Neko did manage to get out for a few deck sniffs this morning but the weather has since turned back to drizzle. Typical wet coast spring morning. Neko is parked on her new favorite chair. It's a chair from downstairs that we brought upstairs to fill out the table for Easter and she has claimed it, so it remains upstairs for now. It was one of her fav's from downstairs. How many people rearrange furniture for their cats? :lol:

Best wishes to all those kittehs on trials - I do love seeing so many of them. For the rest of LL, sending lots of blue and green thoughts today.

Neko, that is a good-lookin' AMPS. Almost at the lagoon. Rusty hopes to see you there (if he gets there today, that is!). Isn't it great to have "your" chair just where you want it?

Hi guys .. pretty blue for neko this morning! I can totally relate to rearranging the furniture cause the cat has claimed something "new" even though it doesn't fit anywhere in the house .. which is why it wasn't there in the first place :lol: have a great day!

Paws crossed Neko holds it there. She's usually does a later onset.

@Ella - Neko saw her reflection in the lagoon and scurried back up the hill a bit. :o Maybe she'll come back down later. Neko likes to rotate favorite spots and a new one is always welcome into the rotation. :razz: I go for an elbow X-ray today. Still hurts some, so no rowing in immediate future for me.

@Devon - It's in nice to have our own personal feline interior decorators. :lol:

Hi Wendy, Hope Neko slides on down for you. I love that Neko has claimed a chair :lol: I have to admit, I have rearranged furniture for Kismet on occasion. He has laid claim to one of our dining room chairs, and has also shredded the cushion :roll: He never scratches anything else he's not supposed to, apart from his scratching posts, of course (he has three, spoiled, I know!) So we moved the chair upstairs for him where he frequently takes naps.

I hope Neko turns things around for you and comes back down. I hope the x-ray will show the doctor what needs to be done so your elbow will heal completely.

We have a tiny living room, and moved Ripley's rocking chair into it so she can be close to the heater wall-unit ~ the chair is half-way blocking a doorway :roll: :lol: ohmygod_smile .

Anyone new reading this, Neko's curve does NOT show a typical Lantus cycle. Curves usually go down the first half then up. Instead, we are down 35 points an hour from +6 to +9 - sigh. I should probably get a nap this afternoon. :lol:

@Courtney - Neko turned it around and I suspect might be hosting a party tonight. Or not, I never know with her. We also have a dining room chair dedicated to the cats. Must be a common thing to do. :lol:

@Deborah - The juice took a while and kicked in the last part of the cycle - lil Miss Unpredictable. :roll:

@Carla - Neko did turn it around. I'm hoping the X-ray says nothing needs to be done and it's healing fine, just taking a little longer than I wanted.

@Josie - Ripley has her very own rocking chair? Nice. :cool: Doesn't matter if it inconveniences the beans.

Hi Wendy.....funny thread about furniture moving, I don't move furniture for mine. One particular chair has to be in front of the window that faces the bird feeders :lol:

Well, at least Neko is coming back down, right??? Silly girl. And silly bean, of COURSE cats get right of first refusal on any furniture, right? Leo regularly claims he ONLY piece of furniture in the apartment that is cushioned (except the bed). SPOILED they ALL ARE! Have a great night from me and Leo

I think we all are rearranging something because of our cats.... after all ....we are devoted to them.
Shadow gets rugs rearranged, furniture rearranged, has an ugly cardboard box permanently in the kitchen in front of a heater vent ( until she gets a new box) and two litter boxes side by side....
and my employment all circles my ability to tend her needs.... :roll:
and now her food costs more than mine.... @-)

Hope you found your elbow is healing properly and Neko goes back for the low low blues....
psssst.... Neko.... green is good too!

Almost full circle back to the morning's numbers. Neko must be feeling good. She went out for a while this afternoon, got wet in the rain and brought in more pine needles. :roll: She's now in her solarium basket, kneading away. I've added pics to her profile, including one of her in her basket.

Loving this thread of how we decorate our places to suit our cats. :lol:

@Barb - Bird watching posts are a very important piece of furniture for every household. We have a post in the centre of our LR window too. I'm hoping for safe surfing tonight too.

@Lisa - Yes, Neko is coming back down. I guess there is no need for another of cushioned furniture in your apartment if Leo is going to claim in too. :lol:

@Rhiannon - You've reminded me how much we remodel our place temporarily when guests are over, and then the tatty stuff goes back when they are gone. :lol: The lower blues are back! :cool:

Nice cycle today. I hope you got a nap today. Neko is such a pretty kitty! And there is even some sunshine in the picture with her basket. :-D :-D We have tons of accommodations (stairs) for Zener, so he can climb on the beds and up on other tables and perches.

This cat has me scratching my head. Tonight looks like a repeat of this mornings inverted curve. :? Oh well, she leads, I follow.

@Liz - Neko thanks you for the complements. The cats love the solarium in the sun. Most of my pictures there tend to be in the sun because the tinted glass makes it dark otherwise. Lucky Zener to have an engineer and a PT to design for his needs.

@Rich - She went up. ohmygod_smile Maybe down later. :?
