So, after last evening's plummet into the lagoon, today we bounce. I have to admit, these last few days have left me pretty frustrated with the fuds/BGs scenario. For a while there, it felt like I had a handle on things during this fuds switch. I was all set to keep things rolling primarily with Paw Lickin's, and balance out the higher numbers it seems to cause with a dosecrease, which I was going to do this evening. Then, she had to drop like a rock into the 40s last night, so now I have to wait things out all over again while she bounces around. Frustrated, frustrated, frustrated. I don't like her being in these numbers. I'm OK with increasing her juice to make it so, but I can't increase if she keeps dropping every 4 or 5 cycles, right when I'm ready to actually DO the increase. I so want to go back to our simpler days of FF and Purina One. (I guess if I REALLY want to go back to simpler days, I'd rather go back to her not being diabetic.)

Just one of those days....

This morning's breffis was a blend of (leftover) Friskies T&G and Paw Lickin's, which was met with a big ole 'Meh, I'm unimpressed." She did ultimately CPC, but not without making her point that it was NOT terribly acceptable.

Morning Amy, that had to be some surprise with Trixie dropping at the pm cycle. I guess she took the dose threat seriously, but I can understand the frustration with the fuds. Mags is up there in the clpds spike with Trixie, too. :? We need an emoticon for hands up in the air!! :lol: Have a nice btw day.

Beautiful cycle last night, what a drop, and all that green. Bummer on the bounce, and I hope it is short-lived. I can so understand your frustration with the dosing, the dives and the wanting to increase. That was so Mannie back in the days of old. we'd get these awful numbers for 4/5/6 days, and then bam he'd be all green. How can one increase when you have cycles like that. I spent so many days waiting out the high stuff. I do hope Trixie settles, and that the fuds thing settles too. Good luck!

Hi, Amy, Trixie's definitely keeping you on your toes in the fuds AND the BGs departments.
I hope she clears her bounce soon (safely, of course!)

(((Amy))) Two steps forward, one bounce back! Kiz is in the exact same boat right now. I hope she will clear the bounce soon and will start stabilizing. Sending continued fud success vines!

Flatness...yucky flatness. At least she's starting to come down.

I had an eye doc appointment after work, and now DH is out playing volleyball so I have kitty duty. They've got me running - all acting like they didn't get their dinner!

Trix had a mix of BFF Tuna and Chicken Chuckles with her Paw Lickin' for dinner...and we had a CPC. I'm still trying to decide what to do next. Our food choices are limited, and she really likes that Paw Licken...I'm just not sure if that's what's messing with her numbers or what. Too tired to figure it out tonight, that's for sure!
